We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website or over the phone.
This product is available every Friday or on a 48 hour hour notice as a pre-order for any other day.
PRODUCT INFO
Origins from Latin America; A dense, moist “three milks” cake topped with a cloud of vanilla whipped cream. What makes it unusual is that after baked, it is perforated and soaked in a mixture of three different milk products, hence the name Tres Leches.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Cupcake Craft, we take pride in our baked goods. Each order is made to the precise requirement and the ingredients /create components are ordered in advance. We also value the labour and the effort that is put in to create those masterpieces for our customers.
If you are unsatisfied with your baked good at the time of the pickup, we require that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
All products are the responsibility of the customer once picked. We are not responsible for any damage during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store upon pick up.
SHIPPING INFO
We are not currently providing any deliveries. Please dicuss with us for any special case where we might able to offer some assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 50% of the refund. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of cake pick-up date and time will result in no refund given.
